I’m Barak Elihis, and for the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes, while also managing a busy real estate office for the last 5. Supporting my team, sharing what I’ve learned, and watching their businesses thrive is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Beyond my day-to-day work, I serve on the TRREB's professional standards hearing panel. It’s a role that keeps me sharp, gives me a deep understanding of the rules and bylaws that guide our industry, and reinforces my commitment to doing things the right way, always with integrity and transparency. When I’m not negotiating deals or helping my agents reach new heights, you’ll probably find me with my family or pushing my limits at my CrossFit gym. I believe the discipline, focus, and energy I put into my workouts are the same qualities that fuel my success in real estate and leadership. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to guide, protect, and deliver results for my clients and to empower my team to reach their fullest potential.
